We ship worldwide to any destination in the word. The shipping costs vary according to your location. We work with UPS, DHL, FedEx and some other local couriers.

Please select the best shipping method, we will organize the rest. Simulators can be shipped fully assembled as well as partially assembled to lower the costs. The shipping includes insurance and online tracking number.

Packaging options:
100% fully assembled:

Simulator doesn’t require any mechanical installation. Unpack the box, plug it into the socket and you’re ready to race

Partially assembled (requires an easy installation):

This option saves up to 30% off the shipping costs. Installation is very easy and takes about 30 minutes.

Every simulator comes with 1 year WORLDWIDE warranty excluding third-party components e.g. controllers, audio system, etc. – a separate Invoice to claim warranty will be provided.

We provide life-time warranty on the frame (excluding cables, wires and connectors).

All simulators are basically maintenance-free. You don’t need to check the oil, change any parts or spend significant amount of time maintaining the simulator every couple of weeks.

In order to keep the simulator fully working for a long time we recommend to:
– remove the dust once in two/three weeks
– tighten-up all the screws once in half a year
– check the cables and wires once in 3 months
– keep the pistons clean
