You can choose from a broad range of options including Air Freight, Sea Freight or local truck transport (available in Europe only) provided by FedEx, UPS and others. If you’d like to save up on shipping cost we ready more than happy to send the simulator partially assembled. You can save up to 30% on delivery costs.
Once the configuration is done we will ask you to pay 60% deposit of the payment upfront. No other payments are required until the simulator is ready to be shipped. We accept following payment methods: PayPal, bank transfer.
When your payment is received and processed our team will start building your simulator from a scratch. This process takes about 3weeks. Our sales team will keep you posted.
Once your simulator is delivered our job is to keep everything in order and functional. This is not the end-point for us we’ll be glad to assist you and help you with any issues. Our support team speaks English, Spanish, Russian and German.
